Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern authorized use of Radnor Ads Hub (the “Service”) provided by Radnor (“we”, “us”).
1. The Service
Radnor Ads Hub is an internal web application used by Radnor employees to review advertising leads and related data for accounts we own and operate. Radnor operates residential roofing brands including Northkit Roofing, Pinnacle Roofing, and Strength Roofing & Siding.
The Service currently focuses on Google Local Services Ads lead review, conversation and call detail viewing, and submission of lead feedback to Google. It may expand to additional advertising tools for the same internal use over time.
2. Eligibility and access
The Service is available only to authorized Radnor staff and contractors acting on our behalf. It is not a consumer product and is not licensed, sold, or distributed to third-party advertisers or the general public.
You must keep login credentials and access passwords confidential and use only the access granted to you. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Reviewing leads and related communications for our brands
- Submitting accurate lead ratings and feedback to Google
- Operating and supporting our advertising programs
You may not:
- Share access with unauthorized people
- Exfiltrate, sell, or misuse lead or Google Ads data
- Attempt to bypass authentication, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation
- Use the Service in violation of Google Ads policies, applicable law, or our internal policies
4. Google Ads API and third-party terms
Use of Google data through the Service remains subject to Google’s applicable terms, including the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and Local Services Ads policies. The Service does not grant you rights beyond those Google provides to our company accounts.
5. Data and confidentiality
Lead contact details and advertising performance data are confidential business information. Authorized users must handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy and internal data-handling rules.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Radnor or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” for internal operations. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that lead data mirrored from Google will always be complete or current. Decisions about lead quality and customer follow-up remain the responsibility of our staff.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radnor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the direct damages proven to result from our material breach of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Continued authorized use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
