Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Radnor (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Radnor Ads Hub (the “Service”).

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. Who we are

Radnor operates residential roofing brands including Northkit Roofing, Pinnacle Roofing, and Strength Roofing & Siding. Radnor Ads Hub is an internal tool used by our employees to manage advertising activity for accounts we own and operate. It is not offered to the public or to third-party advertisers.

2. Information we process

Depending on how the Service is used, we may process:

  • Google Ads / Local Services Ads data accessed via the Google Ads API under our manager account — including lead records, conversation messages, call metadata, recordings when available, charges, and lead feedback status.
  • Lead contact details provided through Local Services Ads (such as name, phone number, email, and message content), treated as customer personal information.
  • Authentication data needed to protect staff access to brand dashboards (for example password-gated session cookies).
  • Operational logs related to sync jobs and API errors, used to keep the Service reliable.

3. How we use information

We use this information only to:

  • Display leads and related details to authenticated staff
  • Help staff review conversations and call details when deciding how to rate a lead
  • Submit lead ratings and feedback to Google through the Google Ads API
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Service

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share Google Ads data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

4. How we access Google data

Google Ads API calls are made server-side. OAuth credentials, refresh tokens, and developer tokens are stored in our private secrets configuration and are never exposed to browsers. The Service complies with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and applicable Required Minimum Functionality guidelines for reporting-oriented tools.

5. Storage and retention

Synced lead data is stored in our private database so staff can work from a consolidated view. We retain it only as long as needed for advertising operations, quality review, and legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it according to our internal retention practices.

6. Access controls

Access is limited to internal staff. Brand dashboards are protected with per-brand authentication. Customers and external parties cannot sign in to the Service.

7. Sharing

We may share information only with:

  • Infrastructure providers that host the Service and database under our instruction (for example cloud hosting)
  • Google, when submitting lead feedback through the official API
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

8. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for an internal business tool, including encrypted transport, server-side credential storage, and access restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

9. Your choices

If you are a consumer whose information appeared in a Local Services Ads lead and you have a privacy request, contact us at erik@radnorroofing.com. We will review and respond as required by applicable law and our business relationship with the advertising channel that collected the lead.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy by authorized users.
